With the recent passage of a facilities bond, and the implementation of a 1:1 Chromebook program, Evergreen Public Schools saw the opportunity to refresh classroom furniture with an eye towards providing more flexible learning environments for its students and staff. While everyone agreed that this was something we wanted to investigate, there were differences as to what exactly it should look like. With the help of a learning spaces designer, the district embarked on an FLE pilot that involved teachers, librarians, administrators, and students.
