Paul Monheimer has been an Oregon teacher and presenter for a long time. From HyperCard to SAMLabs, Paul has been involved in integrating new tools into existing curriculum. His former students work for Amazon, Laika Studios, and the White House. For the past 6 years, Paul has transformed his social studies class from paper intensive to paperless. Paul is a two-time Fulbright Award recipient, having been both an Exchange Teacher and a Distinguished Award in Teaching grantee. He has presented in 5 countries on 3 continents, including both keynote presentations and panel discussions. With over 30 years of teaching experience in every grade K-12, Paul is currently teaching at Catlin Gabel School. The Oregon Council of Social Studies honored Paul in 2016, naming him middle/high educator of the year.
